ESTÜ - ICI Academy Program is Starting!
Another Collaboration with Eskişehir Technical University: ESTÜ-ICI ACADEMY
A protocol for “ESTÜ-ICI ACADEMY” was signed between Eskişehir Technical University (ESTÜ) and ICI Teknoloji A.Ş. The signing ceremony took place on Tuesday, March 23, 2021, at the Rectorate Senate Hall, with the attendance of Rector Prof. Dr. Tuncay Döğeroğlu, Vice Rector Prof. Dr. Servet Turan, and Chairman of ICI Teknoloji, Kenan Işık.
This protocol marks the beginning of a two-year collaboration between ESTÜ and ICI Teknoloji A.Ş. As part of this partnership, a new educational program, ESTÜ-ICI ACADEMY, has been launched for 3rd-year undergraduate students to foster university-industry collaboration.
Students Will Gain In-Depth Knowledge of Regional Industry and Technology Resources
The ESTÜ-ICI ACADEMY educational program aims to nurture graduates with advanced technical, personal, and social skills based on R&D, Innovation, and Entrepreneurship. The program will help students become familiar with regional industry and technology resources, enhance their competencies before graduation, and better prepare them for professional and academic life after graduation.
Set to begin in the Spring Semester of the 2020-2021 Academic Year, the program offers training on a wide range of topics, from artificial intelligence to smart cities. Below are the key areas covered in the program:
