The ESTÜ-ICI Academy Program, which was conducted in the 2020-2021 academic year with a capacity of 60 students and completed with 24 diverse activities and seminar topics, is now preparing you for the future with renewed and updated content, tailored to your priorities and preferences.
Open exclusively to 3rd-year students from all faculties and departments of Eskişehir Technical University (ESTÜ), this program aims to provide you with different perspectives on the future through training and seminars delivered by experts throughout the year. During this time, we will also get to know you better.
Through this program, you will also gain access to a vast R&D, innovation, and industrial network formed by ICI Technology's corporate partners and solution collaborators. While the academy program progresses, we will match you with research and industrial organizations within this network, enabling you to participate in internship programs through designated projects and get acquainted with these institutions.
This program is designed to support your career planning, extending from graduation to post-graduation, depending on your enthusiasm and dedication.
